Looking to share your Pilates journey with a friend, partner, or family member? Our semi-private sessions are a beautiful way to move together, grow stronger, and stay accountable, all while receiving expert, individualized instruction in an intimate setting.

With a maximum of two clients per session, semi-private Pilates offers the perfect balance of personalized attention and the motivating energy. You’ll receive focused, hands-on guidance tailored to your unique body and goals, while still benefiting from the shared momentum of another person on the same path.

  • Rooted in the time-honored principles of classical Pilates, each session is designed to build deep core strength, improve alignment, enhance mobility, and cultivate total-body awareness. We honor the integrity of the traditional method while seamlessly integrating contemporary movement patterns that reflect the way we live and move today, making your practice both timeless and functional.

Body Sculpt (Beginner)

New to Pilates or getting back into movement? Our Body Sculpt beginner group class is the perfect starting point to build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, small-group environment.

With a maximum of five people per class, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention while still experiencing the motivating rhythm of group energy. Each class is thoughtfully designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates - breath, precision, flow, concentration, control, and centering - while guiding you through low-impact yet highly effective exercises that target your core, glutes, arms, and posture muscles.

  • Rooted in the classical method and layered with modern movement techniques, Body Sculpt delivers a full-body experience that’s both accessible and empowering. You’ll move through purposeful sequences using the reformer, with modifications and variations offered to meet you exactly where you are.

    We take a mindful approach to movement - not rushing, not pushing for the sake of intensity, but building real, sustainable strength that you’ll feel both on and off the reformer. You’ll learn how to engage muscles you didn’t know you had, improve mobility, and gain confidence in your movement, all while laying the groundwork for a lifelong Pilates practice.

Signature Sculpt (Intermediate)

Signature Sculpt is our dynamic, full-body intermediate class designed to take your Pilates practice to the next level. Blending classical Pilates principles with contemporary athletic conditioning, this signature offering delivers a thoughtful, flowing workout that challenges both body and mind without sacrificing form or precision.

This class is for those who are ready to move beyond the basics. Whether you are transitioning from our beginner classes or looking to energize your current routine, Signature Sculpt introduces more layered sequences, longer holds, and added coordination, all while maintaining a strong focus on alignment and control.

  • In this class, we integrate a range of functional props including the magic circle, light weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and BOSU to enhance resistance, activate underused muscles, and challenge your stability. Every session is intelligently programmed to tone, sculpt, and awaken deep muscular support from the inside out.

    You’ll move with focus, work with intention, and build lasting strength not just in your core, but in your posture, your balance, and your ability to move powerfully through life.

Body Sculpt Fusion (Intermediate)

Two apparatuses. One powerful practice. Strength that moves with you.

Body Sculpt Fusion is an elevated Pilates experience that combines the precision of the Reformer with the dynamic versatility of the Wunda Chair creating a fusion that sculpts, strengthens, and redefines the way your body moves.

This intermediate-level class is designed for clients who are familiar with the fundamentals and ready to deepen their practice with more layered movement, balance challenges, and muscular activation. The Reformer and Wunda Chair complement each other beautifully: while the Reformer provides fluid, guided resistance to support longer lines and smooth transitions, the Wunda Chair introduces powerful vertical movement, unilateral strength work, and greater demand on stability and control.

  • Expect a class that is both athletic and intelligent built around functional strength, core integration, and total-body sculpting. We’ll guide you through sequences that target your glutes, inner thighs, deep abdominals, shoulders, and back while enhancing mobility, balance, and breath awareness.

    With only five participants per class, you’ll receive hands-on guidance and the space to move with clarity and focus. This is not just a workout, it’s an invitation to experience your body in new, powerful ways.

    Body Sculpt Fusion will leave you feeling grounded, energized, and elevated - stronger in your body, sharper in your mind, and more connected to your potential.

Stretch & Restore (All Levels)

Stretch & Restore is a gentle, rejuvenating class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and reconnect you to your breath and body. Ideal for all levels, this class is perfect for active recovery days, injury prevention, or simply slowing down to create more space in your body and your life.

Rooted in the foundational belief of Joseph Pilates that “you are only as young as your spine is flexible” this class emphasizes spinal mobility, joint health, and mindful movement. Through long, supported stretches, gentle mobility exercises, and breath work, we’ll create space where your body holds tightness and restore ease where there’s been strain.

  • Each session is thoughtfully structured to move at a slower pace, allowing your nervous system to shift out of stress mode and into a state of rest and repair. Expect guided breathwork, deep fascial release, and stretch sequences that target the hips, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders, all areas where tension commonly builds.
